COMPLETE CORE CONTROL

This all-levels class honors the foundational principles and classic exercises that are core to the Pilates method while layering them with dynamic flows to create a result-driven workout. Designed with the purpose of creating a healthy balance of strength and flexibility throughout the body, this workout empowers students of all fitness levels and Pilates experience to achieve complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit. Discover your inner athlete as you learn to move with power and grace through the art of controlled movement. 

BOUNCE + BURN

(All Levels)

This energetic class adds a cardiovascular element to your Pilates practice without the high-impact of most other types of high intensity workouts that can often strain and stress your joints and connective tissues. Similar to a trampoline, this class uses a vertical rebounder attachment and the reformer springs' resistance to get your heart pumping, challenge your endurance, and improve your coordination. Bounce your way to a stronger, leaner, more toned physique with this fun and energizing class! This workout is best suited for clients who are experienced on a reformer and comfortable with quick transitions and a faster pace. We recommend that beginners and clients with special needs become confident moving on the reformer before jumping into this class.

PRECISION POWER SCULPT

(Intermediate / Advanced)

Level up your fitness and FLX FLO your way to a fitter, stronger, more powerful body, mind, and spirit with our advanced reformer class. This athletic workout blends the awesomeness of Pilates with functional strength and mobility exercises while focusing on precision and control throughout every movement. Using fluid exercise progressions, thoughtful sequencing, and compound movements that hit multiple muscle groups at once, this class will challenge your muscular endurance, strength, stamina, coordination, and overall balance. It will also have you feeling muscles you never even knew you had! This class is best suited for experienced students who want to take their fitness to the next level and love to chase that burn!

STRENGTHEN LENGTHEN STRETCH

(All Levels)

Take a deep breath and take a moment to slow down with this feel-good class that will restore your physical vitality, invigorate your mind, and elevate your spirit. This workout focuses on coordinating breath and movement through a flow of exercises specifically designed to develop better body awareness, balance, flexibility, and mobility. This class will leave you feeling taller, longer, and more relaxed. It's a great option for participants new to Pilates, returning from an injury or illness, or simply wanting to take a deep dive into their bodies and get a good stretch.
