CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

Kindly provide at least 6 hours notice for cancellations and/or changes. Late cancels and changes made within 6 hours or less before the start of class will be subject to the full charge of the class or the loss of a credit taken from an existing package. Holders of the FLX FLO UNLIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP and all Private Pilates Training sessions and packs will incur a $20 Late Cancel Fee charged directly to the credit card on file for late cancels and changes. Early cancels and changes made before the 6-hour window will be credited back to your account.
