CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
We request that you kindly provide at least 6 hours notice for cancellations and/or changes. Late cancels, changes, and no shows made within less than 6 hours before the start of class will be subject to the full charge of the class or the loss of a credit taken from an existing pack or membership. MEMBERSHIP: UNLIMITED Classes / Month auto-renew subscription and all Private Pilates Training sessions and packs will incur a $20 Late Cancel Fee charged directly to the credit card on file for late cancels, changes, and no shows. Early cancels and changes made before the 6-hour window will be automatically credited back to your account.
