FLX FLO Pilates aims to provide an intimate approach to small group training to help empower and inspire each body that walks through our doors. Every class is designed to support and challenge our students to build strength and confidence, move freely, and find joy in fitness for overall better health and longevity, regardless of age or level of experience. And, our focused attention to detail will have you working and feeling all the right muscles in all the right places.
